All non-working items must be returned within 14 days of purchase- Only non-working items will be accepted and processed (mind changing or wrong hook ups will not be considered for refund) and MUST BE IN THE
SAME COSMETIC CONDITION AS WHEN IT WAS BOUGHT.
TIME FRAME- Items will be re-tested, inspected and processed before refund is finalized. This process can take up to 1-3 business days after item is returned, to be finalized. REFUND MAY NOT BE IMMEDIATE. Funds will be refunded through whichever payment process is most convenient at the time for seller. (Cash, cash app, Venmo, or mailed money order are all options) Non working or defective items will be switched with same or similar items if/when it is in stock. Monetary refund only permitted when inventory is out and is not available to be re ordered in near future. (Within 7-10 business days after re-testing process has finalized)
Test at your own risk- Since most items are liquidations, test and use all products at your own recognizance. We test and inspect everything to the best of our ability to ensure every item is safe. However, we cannot be held responsible if damage or injury occur while at or after leaving our premises. Please use caution the first installment or first couple uses if Implacable wether its in the store or at home.
DIGITAL PAYMENTS- any extra fees charged for convenience on digital payments are non -refundable due to fees and effort needed to move said funds from account to account or to cash out. Preferably refunds will be issued to original source but we cannot guarantee this. we may ask to send from a different source or do cash if it’s more convenient on our end.
ALL DELIVERY FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE. Delivery is billed separately from products. These fees go toward hauling, labor, and gas expenses and are not cover under any warranty.
WEATHER RESTRICTIONS- in order to protect our selves as well as your newly purchased items, delivery should be scheduled for a clear day. Weather conditions such as rain, snow, extreme cold or heat, fog etc may be hazardous and therefore we reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or any random acts of god that may occur. Delivery cannot be canceled from either end once set, only rescheduled. This applies the same if multiple days of bad weather occur. PATHWAYS, DRIVE WAYS, AND/OR STEPS NEED TO BE SHOVELED, SALTED, MANICURED AND FREE FROM OBSTRUCTIONS. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE DELIVERY (or drop items off vehicle and its then the buyers responsibility) WITH NO REFUND FOR DELIVERY OR MERCHANDISE IF THESE TERMS ARE NOT ABIDED BY
ACCIDENTAL DAMAGES- It is the buyers responsibility to inspect for cosmetic damage, prior to purchase or delivery (excludes shipping) and also if delivery is ordered, it is the customers responsibility to photo document the property with date stamps before and after job incase of the event of accidental property damage. DELIVERY MAY BE TERMINATED IF WE FEEL DELIVERY IS NOT DOABLE WITHOUT DAMAGING ITEMS OR OURSELVES. Before purchasing, please ensure to measure and check dimensions of all items vs openings and report with us thoroughly to validate potential delivery as we cannot always correctly guess what everyone’s house looks like.
Return of delivered items- If a delivered product needs to be returned it is the responsibility of the customer to return said item to shop or arrange for pickup, which may result in separate fees.
We reserve the right to void entire warranty if any terms are not abided by. This policy is subject to change.
